Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments for weekend clinic operations
- Manage patient intake processes and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Assist medical providers with clinical support and documentation
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with empathy and accuracy
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and support staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
