Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients during weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and treatment updates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and care conferences
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in direct patient care
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
