Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Manage guest check-ins and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards and safety protocols
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Support inventory management and stocking procedures
- Contribute to weekend event coordination and execution
Qualifications
