Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, providing product recommendations and assistance.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandise displays and keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked throughout the weekend shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management and seasonal stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
