Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide friendly and professional customer service to all shoppers entering the store on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product inventory and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Store Operations: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling returns and exchanges as needed.
- Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and coordinate with the team to replenish stock during off-peak hours.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high operational standards.
- Customer Follow-up: Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well within a team setting.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
