As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operations run smoothly and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, helping to drive sales and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a warm welcome to all customers, answering inquiries and guiding them to products.
- Sales Support: Drive sales by actively promoting products, handling transactions at the register, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, processing incoming shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Customer Service: Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and managing weekend in-store events or promotions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
