Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Handle cash transactions, manage returns, and process customer payments.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure store goals and visual merchandising standards are met.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia, PA location.
