Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Store Operations: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory counts, and place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure store standards are met.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to start immediately.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
