Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock audits on weekends.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
