Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and updating displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Friendly, energetic, and reliable work ethic.
