Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product selection and styling.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, including cash and card payments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to ensure smooth operations during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, loss prevention procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Loop/West Loop area.
