Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering inquiries.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail and cash register accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with basic stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
