Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash handling and inventory management with high attention to detail.
- Monitor store security and report any irregularities to management immediately.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
