Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and maintaining visual displays.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Handle cash drops and balance registers at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
