Key Responsibilities
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure products are organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or damages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during your shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
