Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the break area and storage rooms.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and register operations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis location.
