Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing.
- Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and safe sales floor environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
