Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual appeal by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and executing merchandising standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company security policies and audit procedures.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up equipment and completing end-of-day reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
