Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Manage and process incoming inquiries with accuracy, speed, and a positive attitude.
- Maintain and update customer databases and internal records with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to maintain optimal supply levels.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to management efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
