Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and style preferences.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in store promotional events and weekend activations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
