Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and gift cards with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weight items.
