Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product knowledge and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining strict accountability.
- Merchandising: Assist in stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, process incoming shipments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity: Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and a professional appearance.
