Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible shift availability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis location.
