Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor weekend staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Operations Oversight: Manage store opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and cash handling.
- Customer Experience: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain visual standards to drive sales and enhance brand appeal.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and operational logs to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail management or operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Full-time hours).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
