Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow efficiency during weekend shifts to meet production targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and operational staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit accurate shift reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
