Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ logistics staff members during weekend shifts.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and quality control checks.
- Ensure all operational workflows comply with safety and compliance regulations.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and team conflicts with a focus on service excellence.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and performance metrics.
- Conduct morning briefings to align the team on daily goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations supervision.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
