Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend retail operations across 3-5 high-volume stores
- Lead and mentor weekend staff of 15+ employees
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Proven weekend/holiday shift leadership
- Strong inventory control and merchandising skills
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in retail analytics software
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Flexible availability (weekends + weekday daytime)
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
