Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and workflow during weekend shifts to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, directing them to appropriate departments.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and escalating complex issues to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company protocols.
- Process administrative paperwork and data entry with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, or retail is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
