Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to weekend clients.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday support team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.

- Inventory & Stock: Assist in managing stock levels and preparing the workspace for the upcoming week.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
