Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics and inventory management tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and staging materials safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges quickly.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Wichita location.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
