- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Process transactions using POS systems and maintain accurate cash handling
- Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Implement visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness protocols
- Generate weekend sales reports and operational insights
- Collaborate with weekday management team for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or operations experience
- Proven leadership ability with team management skills
