Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday for the duration of the engagement.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with occasional high-pressure situations.
