Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Support: Monitor operational systems and databases during weekend hours to ensure seamless performance and immediate resolution of any technical glitches or bottlenecks.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to internal teams and external clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or technical support is highly desirable.
