Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse and operational workflows during weekend shifts.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members on standard operating procedures.
- Process incoming shipments and manage outgoing orders with accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work Fridays through Sundays, including holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
