Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow and warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless production
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks and document all procedures
- Support loading/unloading activities and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist in weekend cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation to East Side facility
