Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the weekend sales floor team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Manage inventory checks, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards to maintain a premium store appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with management to implement weekend promotions and drive sales targets.
- Monitor store cleanliness and organization, ensuring the facility meets brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or operations is highly desirable.
