Responsibilities
- Execute weekend operations with precision and efficiency during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Unavailability for weekday work (Saturdays and Sundays only)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
