Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless execution and high service standards.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 15+ staff members, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Handle high-priority guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with diplomacy, speed, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor inventory levels for food, beverage, and amenities, coordinating with vendors to ensure optimal stock.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and brand standards.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and lead training sessions to boost team morale and skill development.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
