Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics activities during weekend shifts.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10+ hourly employees to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Coordinate shift handovers with the weekday management team to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment center.
- Proven ability to work weekends and holidays without exception.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
