Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations and staff supervision during Friday through Sunday shifts.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Manage inventory levels, cash handling, and loss prevention protocols.
- Lead, train, and motivate the weekend team to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Execute merchandising plans and maintain a pristine store environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, primarily on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
