Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely restocking and procurement.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Train and mentor weekend staff, ensuring everyone is aligned with company policies and standards.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Report operational issues or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, logistics, or operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
