- Coordinate weekend operational activities across multiple service points in San Francisco and Texas
- Manage a team of 10-15 weekend staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Optimize delivery routes and inventory management for weekend operations
- Resolve operational issues and ensure service quality standards are met
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers and resource allocation
- Prepare weekly performance reports and improvement recommendations
- Implement weekend-specific safety protocols and compliance measures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations management experience in logistics or service industries
- Proven track record managing weekend or shift-based teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Experience with inventory management systems and route optimization software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
