Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, ensuring high productivity and safety standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently during peak weekend periods.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports for regional management.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, damages, and lost inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and OSHA compliance standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
