Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and staff scheduling for weekend shifts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment processes.

- Train, coach, and mentor new hires to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct end-of-shift audits and prepare daily reports.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
