Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during peak weekend hours to ensure seamless customer service and store efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of retail associates to meet performance targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts efficiently while maintaining a premium brand image.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management, operations, or supervisory roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
