Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and guest services
- Drive revenue generation through strategic promotions and upselling initiatives
- Train and mentor weekend staff to maintain exceptional service standards
- Implement and monitor health/safety protocols in compliance with CA regulations
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
- Develop innovative weekend-themed events to boost customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years hospitality/retail management experience in high-volume environments
- Proven track record of leading weekend teams during peak periods
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer relationship skills
- Valid California Food Handler/Safety certification required
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
