Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Supervise 10-15 team members including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory processes to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handovers and workflow continuity
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Generate weekly performance reports and implement improvement strategies
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years warehouse/operations management experience
- Proven ability to manage weekend shifts and overnight operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
