Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and visual merchandising execution
- Train and mentor weekend staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain stockroom organization
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement action plans to achieve KPIs

Qualifications
