Responsibilities
- Lead 50+ weekend staff across 3 high-traffic hospitality venues
- Develop and execute weekend service protocols exceeding guest expectations
- Manage $500K+ weekend revenue streams and inventory control
- Coordinate with vendors and security for seamless weekend operations
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews for weekend teams
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years hospitality management experience with weekend-heavy schedules
- Proven track record leading teams in high-volume weekend environments
- Advanced knowledge of DC hospitality regulations and compliance
- Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in Opera, POS systems, and inventory management software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- ServSafe certification and DC Alcohol Beverage License required
