Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational activities during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics and warehouse staff.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation and reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues immediately to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and operational metrics for the weekly management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize weekend workflow and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a full-time weekend employee.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
